Viola'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 can (16 oz.) diced carrots, drained and mashed
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Beat at high speed 3 minutes, then add 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup raisins.
    Beat another minute.
    Bake one hour in angel food cake pan (350\u00b0).
    No grease or flour needed.
