Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar, eggs, zucchini and vanilla.
    Blend well. Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Do not beat in mixer.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for one and a half hours.
