Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 bunch broccoli, cut into 2-inch pieces
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cheese soup
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (1 c.)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. frozen peas (optional)
Preparation
    Cook onions, broccoli and red pepper in oil until tender.
    Add undiluted soups, water, milk and peas.
    Cook until peas are tender.
    Simmer 10 more minutes and add grated cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
    Makes 2 quarts.
