Crunchy Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. can French-fried onions, crushed
3/4 c. (3 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine onion, cheese, crumbs and seasonings.
Dip chicken in combined egg and milk; coat with cheese mixture.
Place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
Pour margarine over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 4.
