Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peppers
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Steam peppers for 5 minutes in boiling water.
    Mix meat and rice together. Stuff mixture in peppers. Place in baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes, covered, then remove lid.
    Pour about 4 ounces of tomato sauce over peppers and bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
