It'S A Snap Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    9-inch graham cracker crust
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix Knox gelatine and sugar; add water and stir well.
    With electric mixer, beat in cream cheese until smooth. Pour into pie crust.
    Chill 2 hours, then serve.
