Ingredients

1 slightly beaten egg white
1 tsp. water
1 (8 oz.) jar (1 2/3 c.) dry roasted peanuts
1/2 c. unblanched whole almonds
1/2 c. walnut halves
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine
egg
white and water.\tAdd nuts; toss to coat. Combine
sugar, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
Add to nuts; toss until
all\tare well coated.
Place in single layer on greased baking sheet.
Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool nuts
on
waxed
paper.
Break up large clusters.
Makes 4 1/2 cups.
