Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    green tomatoes
    1 or 2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    corn meal, matzo meal or other favorite breading
    oil
Preparation
    Wash and slice tomatoes.
    Beat eggs, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Dip tomatoes in egg mixture, then into breading, then place into hot oil.
    Fry until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve hot.
    Delicious at breakfast or any time!
