Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
    3 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    5 c. unsifted flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix oil, sugars, vanilla, eggs and bananas. Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Add to liquid and mix well.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into 5 or 6 loaf pans.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Test with toothpick.
