Light And Luscious Microwave Summer Squash(Very Low In Calories) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 summer squash (yellow or green)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dice squash into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Add chopped onion, salt and pepper and mix together.
    Place covered casserole in microwave.
    Cook on High for 12 to 16 minutes (depending on how soft you like your squash).
    Let sit, covered, for 6 to 8 minutes. Serves 4.
