Turkey Cutlets With Artichoke-Cream Sauce(Low Fat - Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey cutlets
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. unbleached white flour
    1 c. skim milk
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, packed in water
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Place cutlets between 2 pieces of wax paper and pound with a meat mallet until thin.
    Flour cutlets and brown them in a saute pan in 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons margarine.
