Miniature Venison Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground venison, cooked and drained well
    12 English muffins
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can ripe olives, chopped or sliced
    1 (15 oz.) can pizza sauce
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced or chopped
Preparation
    Split muffins; butter them lightly and lay out on cookie sheets.
    Warm 5 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove from oven and spread with pizza sauce.
    Crumble meat over the sauce; pile on olives, mushrooms and grated cheese.
    Return pizza to the oven and heat 10 minutes until cheese melts.
