Pineapple Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sliced spareribs
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ajinomoto
    fresh ginger and garlic, grated
    2 Tbsp. shoyu
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put sliced spareribs in shallow pan. Combine pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar, ajinomoto, ginger, garlic, shoyu and salt.
    Mix sauce with spoon until mixture is dissolved thoroughly.
    Mix cornstarch and water; add to mixture. Pour over spareribs.
    Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
