Apricot Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 recipe Fat-Free Crust
1 (16 oz.) can drained apricots
2 c. nonfat yogurt cheese
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. pure maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
2 Tbsp. arrowroot
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
3 egg whites
1/4 c. plus 1/4 c. fruit-juice-sweetened apricot preserves, melted
Preparation

Prepare crust for 9-inch nonstick spring-form pan.
Cut each apricot half into 5 slices and set aside.
