Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 eggs, beaten well
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Butter 2-quart casserole.
    In a 2-quart saucepan, bring water to boil; mix cornmeal and salt.
    Add in steady stream while stirring.
    Lower heat and cook 1 minute, stirring to avoid lumps.
    Beat in butter and milk until smooth. Pour into casserole and bake for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
