Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine shortening and sugar; sift salt, baking powder and flour together.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour and milk.
    Pour into greased and floured cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
