Potato Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded American cheese or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
salad oil for frying
Preparation

Combine ingredients, except oil. Mix well.
Pour about 2-inches salad oil into a saucepan or frying pan and heat to 375\u00b0. Drop batter by tablespoons, 4 or 5 at a time, into hot oil.
Fry 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
Yields about 24 puffs.
