Waldorf Salad Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. apples, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. raisins
1 pkg. whipped cream
Preparation

Pour boiling water on lemon gelatin; stir until dissolved. Add 1 tablespoons of lemon juice; cool until almost congealed, then add chopped apples, celery and raisins.
Whip package of whipped cream until it forms firm peaks.
Fold in fruit and gelatin mixture.
Put in 1-quart mold and chill until firm.
Serve on lettuce with a few chopped nuts on top.
