Melting Moments - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/3 c. coconut
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. butter
Preparation

Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar in bowl.
Blend in butter until a soft dough is formed.
If dough is too soft to handle, cover and chill.
Shape into 3/4-inch balls.
Roll into coconut. Place 1 1/2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 3 dozen.
