Island Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. steak or roast, cut into strips
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. ground ginger
4 cloves minced garlic
Preparation

Mix, then soak meat for at least 2 hours (the longer the better). Broil or barbecue. Also may be used for stir-fry.
