Creamy Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped sweet red pepper
    3 tbsp. butter, divided
    1 10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of chicken soup
    3 c. fresh, frozen canned corn
    1 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/3 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a skillet, saute celery, onion and red pepper in 2 tbsp. butter until tender.
    Remove from the heat; stir in soup, corn, chestnuts and almonds.
    Transfer to a 2 qt. baking dish.
    Melt remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
