No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 2 lb. of stew meat
    2 c. carrots, cut up
    2 c. celery, cut up
    1 onion, cut up
    5 - 6 potatoes, cut up
    3 - 4 c. V-8 juice
    2 Tbsp. minute tapioca (not pudding)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Add all vegetables to cut up stew meat in oven safe pot or deep casserole dish with lid.
    Pour V-8 juice over ingredients. Add tapioca and stir.
    Cook in oven 4 hours at 250.
    Keep lid on tight and don't peek.
