Hens And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. celery
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    3/4 c. uncooked white rice
    3/4 c. wild rice
    1 to 2 envelopes onion soup mix
    3 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 Cornish hens
Preparation
    In skillet, melt butter; cook celery, mushrooms and white rice until golden.
    Stir in wild rice; spread on bottom of roaster. Combine soup mix and water.
    Pour over rice mixture.
    Prepare Cornish hens; arrange on top of rice mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    I cover with foil and remove to brown.
    A nice holiday dish.
