Veal Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. veal
2 medium onions, sliced
2 c. sour cream
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. shortening
4 Tbsp. catsup
4 Tbsp. mustard
1 pkg. noodles
Preparation
-
Cut meat into 4-inch strips.
Brown in shortening.
Add onions. Cook until soft.
Combine all the rest, except noodles.
Add to meat.
Heat thoroughly, do not boil.
Serve over cooked noodles.
