Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn bread muffin mix
    2 c. graham or wheat flour
    2 c. white flour
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix and roll thin on floured board. Brown both sides on pancake griddle and transfer to cookie sheet in 300\u00b0 oven for a few minutes to harden.
    Break into pieces and use as crackers.
