Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 small instant pudding (lemon)
4 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco oil
3/4 c. water
2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation

Follow cake mix directions and mix together first 5 ingredients.
Put into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, butter and hot water.
When cake is done, remove from oven.
Pierce cake all over with meat fork.
Spoon lemon mixture over cake.
