Chocolate Eclair Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
2 (3/4 oz.) Jell-O instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line pan with whole crackers.
Mix pudding as for pie, fold in Cool Whip.
Pour half over crackers, and then another layer of graham crackers, and then the rest of the pudding mix.
Add another layer of crackers.
