Torta Dolci(Sweet Torte Bread Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 to 1 loaf Italian bread *
milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1 apple or pear, peeled and sliced thin
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

*The bread can be a couple of days old; remove most of the crust.
