Sesame Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cucumber
    2 stalks green onions
    1/4 round onion
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/4 tsp. sesame seed
    salt and crushed red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel cucumber, discard seeds, cut lengthwise in quarters and then dice to about 1/2-inch pieces.
    Salt and let stand 5 to 30 minutes.
    Drain the juices.
    Chop green onions in 1/2-inch lengths. Dice onions and chop garlic (fine).
    Mix all ingredients together and let stand at least 30 minutes before eating.
