Wild Rice Portuguaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. chopped ripe olives
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Soak rice overnight; drain and wash.
    Add to remaining ingredients.
    Place in greased 2-quart casserole, cover and bake for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Good with fried fish.
