Turtle Cake Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. melted oleo
    3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients.
    Press 1/2 of batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 6 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Melt the caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk; spread over baked dough. Sprinkle the nuts and chocolate chips over the caramel layer. Drop remaining batter in spoonfuls on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
