Spinach Stuffed Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter or margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
    1 medium green onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 slice white bread, cut into small pieces
    paprika
    salt
    1 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 flounder or sole fillets (about 1/2 lb. each)
    lemon slices for garnish
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat in 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, cook spinach and onion until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Remove skillet from heat; stir in pepper, bread, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
