Italian Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. fresh haddock
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 28 oz. can Italian tomatoes cut up (save juice for later use)
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. salad oil
Mozzarella cheese - one slice per serving
Preparation

Cut fish in serving size pieces and place in baking dish. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano and green pepper on each piece of fish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over top of fish.
Add tomato pieces, then mixture of tomato sauce and sauce from can of tomatoes.
Pour oil over all and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Baste once or twice during baking.
