Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
4 c. sifted flour
5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sifted flour

Preparation

Scald milk. Add shortening and sugar. Cool to 115\u00b0 and then add yeast and 4 cups sifted flour and beat. Let rise.
