Honey Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. honey
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Scald milk; stir in honey and sugar.
    Stir over low heat until sugar is melted.
    In a large bowl at slow speed, beat in egg yolks and soft butter.
    Add in thirds the flour with salt and soda; beat 2 minutes.
    Add chopped nuts; mix and pour in bread tin.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 5 minutes in greased and floured pan. Let stand 15 minutes before removing from pan.
    Makes 1 loaf.
