Baked Pumpkin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 13 oz. can pumpkin (not pie mix)
    1 (3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    4 eggs, separated
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) box vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine pumpkin, sugar and vanilla pudding.
    Beat egg yolks and add to pumpkin.
    Add salt, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Melt butter. Pour into pumpkin mixture.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
