Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cans sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. dark brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    miniature marshmallows
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Drain sweet potatoes.
    Mash and cook in large saucepan.
    Add brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon.
    Cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Pour into casserole dish and top with miniature marshmallows and pecan halves.
    Brown marshmallows until light brown.
