Baked Chicken Reuben(1982 National Chicken Contest Winner) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. bottled Thousand Island dressing
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and pressed
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in a greased baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with Swiss cheese slices.
    Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours or until done. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
    Serves
    4.
