Cousin Debbie'S Pineapple Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    4 c. cubed bread (day old bread works best)
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Add pineapple and bread.
    Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole dish or 10-inch square pan.
    Bake, covered, 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover and bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until edges are lightly browned.
    Excellent dish with ham.
    May be served warm or chilled.
