Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can whole cranberry sauce
2 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg (unbeaten)
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. salad oil or melted butter
Preparation

Combine biscuit mix, sugar, milk, egg and salad oil in bowl. Mix only until dampened.
Break up sauce with fork and carefully fold into batter.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
