Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    2 rolls garlic cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    corn flakes
    1 c. grits
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    milk*
Preparation
    Cook grits with the water until thick, stirring.
    *Beat eggs in a cup and finish filling with milk.
    Add to grits while still hot, stirring until blended.
    Add cubed cheeses until melted. Place in buttered casserole; sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Bake 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 375\u00b0.
    (Leftovers freeze well and can be microwaved later.)
