V-8 Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean pork
    1 small onion
    1 large can V-8 juice
    1 (16 or 20 oz.) bag of frozen, mixed vegetables
    salt and pepper to taste
    potatoes (2 or 3), peeled and diced
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain grease.
    Mix all together.
    Cook until desired thickness.
    I add 2 or 3 diced potatoes, which I have partially cooked, then I add other vegetables.
    I freeze part of soup.
