Chicken Breasts In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    4 oz. can drained mushroom stems and pieces (optional)
    3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. white wine or milk
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Arrange chicken breasts in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Top with mushrooms, carrots and wine. Spoon soup over top, spreading to cover.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
