    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 eggs
Preparation
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix 1 1/4 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
In a small saucepan, combine milk and butter and heat through (butter need not melt).

Add eggs and 1 cup flour.
Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in 1 1/4 cups flour or enough to make a stiff batter.
Cover, let rise in warm place until doubled.
Stir batter down and beat very well.
Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan, 2 loaf pans, or 4 junior loaf pans.
    Let rise until doubled.
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
