Vegetarian Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 egg whites
    1 tomato, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with fork for 2 minutes.
    Fry onion in nonstick pan until transparent.
    Add green pepper.
    Add egg whites. Serve with sliced tomatoes.
    Serves 1.
