Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (12 oz.) frozen hash browns
1 stick butter
2 c. sour cream
1 c. onion
2 c. mild Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Thaw potatoes in large bowl; pour melted butter over potatoes. Mix other ingredients; pour over potatoes.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 10.
