Chicken And Yellow Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken
    2 c. rice
    1/2 c. oil
    2 onions, chopped fine
    3 cloves garlic
    1 chili pepper
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can small peas
    1/2 c. tomato paste
    1 c. dry wine
    2 c. water or beer
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil, also onions, garlic and chili pepper. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and saffron.
    Add rice and mix well with other ingredients for about 5 minutes.
    Add water (or beer) and dry wine and cook on high temperature until liquid boils, then simmer until rice is cooked.
    After all ingredients are added, do not stir.
    Cover and cook for about 1 1/2 hours.
