Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8.5 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafers
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
    3 eggs
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Crush wafers and mix with melted butter; pat into a 9 x 13-inch spring-form pan, leaving a 1-inch space at top.
    Melt chocolate chips in double boiler.
    Beat cream cheese, sugar and brandy until smooth.
    Add chocolate chips and 3 eggs, 1 at a time.
    Add sour cream; mix until smooth.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool on rack.
