Apple Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. sliced or cubed apples
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    salt
Preparation
    Beat egg good.
    Add sugar and beat some more.
    Add flour, baking powder and pinch of salt.
    Stir in apples and mix good. Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into greased pie tin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brownish.
    Cut and serve with whipped cream.
