Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c flour
    2 tsp soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 c sugar
    1/2 c chopped dates
    1/2 c chopped nuts
    4 eggs
    1 c cooking oil
    1/3 c water
    1 (No. 303) can pumpkin (2 cups)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients: dredge dates and nuts in flour mixture.
    Beat eggs well; add cooking oil, water and pumpkin.
    Mix well.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 inch pans and bake in a
    350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours.
